This is a highly interactive three-day course that explores the principles and practices of Design to drive Innovation in organizations. The course begins by introducing the concept of design and its key components before introducing the innovation aspect and how it ties into the design process. Learners will be taught the different ways to engage in innovation through highly interactive and collaborative exercises aimed to spur their creativity and engage in innovative problem-solving.
