Course Outline
This module lays the foundation for understanding change management, its necessity, and its processes. Participants will learn the role of change agents in driving transformation within organizations.
Explores the McKinsey 7S framework, emphasizing the interconnected elements of strategy, structure, systems, and shared values. Participants will learn how these factors contribute to organizational alignment and change.
Provides an in-depth understanding of Lewin's three-stage model: unfreezing, transitioning, and freezing. Participants will learn how to apply this model in real-world scenarios to facilitate effective change.
Covers the first four steps of Kotter's model: creating a sense of urgency, forming a powerful coalition, creating a vision for change, and communicating the vision. These steps help establish a strong foundation for successful change initiatives.
Focuses on the remaining steps of Kotter's model: empowering employees, generating short-term wins, consolidating gains, and anchoring changes in the corporate culture. This ensures sustainable and impactful change.
Participants will learn how to develop a comprehensive change management strategy, build effective teams, create communication plans, and establish timelines and milestones for managing change successfully.
Covers the execution and monitoring of change initiatives. Participants will explore strategies for dealing with resistance, providing training and development, and reinforcing change to ensure long-term success.
This module emphasizes evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, identifying lessons learned, and implementing continuous improvement practices. Participants will also explore best practices to measure the success of organizational change.
